Today on The Slanted Lens we are going to show you how to make a smoke Tube of Death and then how to use it in our Cemetery Grave Digger shot. We will look at the camera settings and lighting we used to create our image. Finally, we will show how we created a low angle look from inside the grave. In our image we are going to want smoke all over the grave yard and be able to place it where we want it. A single source smoker emits from one place but a smoke Tube of Death allows us to place smoke in specific places. We brought in tomb stones for the shot which were placed in our back yard. The Tube of Death wove throughout the stones and created a curtain of smoke behind the scene. Keep those cameras rolling and keep on clickn’.
